Reunion Registration
Please use this form to register each family member who will be attending the 2026 Mason-Patton Family Reunion. After “Completing the Sign Up” below you will be able to pay for your registration.
*REMINDER - You only need to fill out the address, phone number, and email if the information is different for each family member.
The following are the 2026 Mason-Patton Family Reunion registration fees:
This year we will have a slightly different categories for registration which will include the following:
Categories: By age
Category A - (18+) $50
Category B - (12-17) $35
Category C - (11-under) $25
T-Shirt
Memory Book
Welcome Party (food, drink, entertainment)
Please fill out the following registration for each family member that will be attending the reunion. Be sure to choose the category by the age of the family member. Once the registration has been filled out you will receive an email within 24-48 hours to confirm the registration and the amount due. Please be sure payment for registration is made as quickly as possible. Thank you!
