SUBMISSION GUIDELINES FOR THE 2026 MEMORY BOOK
Whether utilizing our design service or developing your own ad, it is preferable to submit the original source of all photos or artwork vs. printouts/photocopies, whenever possible. If sourcing imagery from printed photos/artwork, please send original photos/artwork, with your name labelled on the back for return. (See “Print Submissions” for guidelines.) If sourcing imagery from digital photos or artwork, please send the digital file according to the specs below (See “Digital Submissions” for guidelines.)
Design Service Option:
Would you love to submit an entry, but have no time to create an ad? Don’t know how to make one? For the 2026 Mason-Patton Family Reunion Memory Book, we are now offering a design service convenience option for members who wish to have their submission created for them for an additional fee of $15. All you need to do is complete the “Design Service Option” portion of the Memory Book Form above and submit any desired photos, text, or special requests/notes. We will do the rest, submitting a final design to you one time for your approval or minor tweaks prior to book completion.
Print Submissions:
Preferably original imagery printed from files that have resolution of 300 dpi or higher. Color images are preferred. (NOTE: if the original image is black and white, this is OK.) Send completed form, submissions and payment to:

NEW for 2026!!
This year we have added a new form for our Candle Lighting Ceremony to honor our family members that have passed since our previous reunion. If you have a loved one that you would like for us to honor, please fill out the Obituary Registration Form so they can be added to presentation. This form does not have an associated cost and is separate from the Memory Book registration. If you would like to send a photo to honor our family member, please use the same submission process as the memory book.
Payment:
Please make checks/money orders payable to Mason-Patton Family Reunion and include with your completed
Memory Book Form. Remember the additional fee for the Design Service Option of $15.
